RETURNS

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchased item(s) delivered to your shipping address, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items received cannot be returned even if used once. Please note that we do not accept returns for second hand/ pre-owned items that are sold on our platform. However, we do guarantee all products sold on our platform are genuine.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase : –

1. Before return, please e-mail to [email protected] or whatsapp +6011-23261169 to notify your returned item.

2. Then, please send your purchase back to BeGolfPro Sdn Bhd, 25 Persiaran Industri, Bandar Sri Damansara, 52200 KL .

RETURNS(If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or bank transfer, within a certain amount of days. However, please note that if the return is due to ‘Change of mind’, we can only offer refund in the form of Begolfpro Credit Points whereby user can use it to purchase other products within 90 days. After which, the points will expire automatically.

    • Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
    4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected].
    • Exchanges (if applicable)

We will exchange ‘shoes’, ‘gloves’ and ‘apparels’ if the size does not fit. For other product categories, we do not accept exchange unless they are defective or damaged. Note that this does not apply to used items, it is only applicable to brand new items. If you need to exchange it for the exact same item, send us an email at [email protected].

    • Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product back to us. You should be able to see our shipping address from the invoice enclosed in your packaging.

All returned shipping cost shall be borne by buyer unless the return is due to our fault or damaged good.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over RM200, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
